Facility Rental Request
Thank you for your interest in hosting your event at The Bayou Church. Before submitting your request, please review our Event Guidelines:
- The ministry activities of The Bayou Church and our ministry partners take priority over outside events.
- Please submit your request at least 8 weeks in advance of your event. We cannot book events more than 9 months in advance.
- Spaces are available for rental in half-day (up to 4 hours) or full-day (5-8 hours) increments. This includes setup and teardown, and any additional time may incur extra fees.
- We only allow single-day rentals, with a maximum capacity of 200 people in our Theatre space.
- Our spaces are not available for rental from mid-November through the end of the year.
- Rental fees vary based on location and technical requirements, ranging from $500 to $2,500.
- Only The Bayou Church's tech staff or approved contractors may operate audio and video equipment.
