This form contains five parts. After you have completed all five sections, submit this form to complete your application. Do you understand that as a Bayou Student Intern, you are making a commitment to attend leadership development/mentor groups on Wednesdays and serve during Sunday services? Throughout the semester, you are only allowed to miss four times. *

We know you may be a part of other activities outside of internship, so your schedule might get a little busy. If you think/know you will miss more than 4 times during the semester, BUT, you would still attend a majority of the semester, please reach out to our team so you can have a convo with Pastor Haydn.
