We’ve all been impacted by addiction.
Addiction can take all kinds of shapes and sizes:
  • Substance: alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, cocaine, prescription drugs, opioids, inhalants, kratom, and others
  • Behavioral: food, gambling, shopping, sex, pornography, phone, TV, social media, video games, work, relationships, and countless others
The consequences of addiction impact every area of our life: Relational, Physical, Psychological, Professional, Financial, Legal, Spiritual
“These desires give birth to sinful actions. And when sin is allowed to grow, it gives birth to death.” James 1:15 (NLT)
Addiction is giving up everything for one thing. Recovery is giving up one thing to regain everything.
“You say, ‘I am allowed to do anything’ —but not everything is good for you. And even though ‘I am allowed to do anything,’ I must not become a slave to anything.” 1 Corinthians 6:12 (NLT)
Addictions destroy people and the people closest to them.
“24Oh, what a miserable person I am! Who will free me from this life that is dominated by sin and death? 25Thank God! The answer is in Jesus Christ our Lord.” Romans 7:24-25 (NLT)
“The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life.” John 10:10 (NLT)
No matter how long you’ve battled addiction, there is help, hope and redemption.
Restoration: Relationally, Physically, Psychologically, Professionally, Financially, Legally, Spiritually
